Food Distribution

Concurrent to the Iftar Program during the Holy Month, we also had the opportunity, by the Grace of Almighty Allah (S.W.T), to conduct some food distributions in some of our centers such as the Al-Masumeen Center, Mwaruphesa, Ghadeer Khum Center, Mlunguni as well as some centers in Lamu.

Each family that regularly participates in communal and religious activities in these centers was given a food bucket that contained 2kg packets of various essential commodities to assist them in meeting their daily essential survival needs. The levels of poverty in these areas is really heart-breaking to witness and whatever little that each of us can contribute in anyway really goes a long way in ensuring that these communities at least are able to meet their basic survival necessities.
